The ideal humidified display cabinet for chicken. The Deaken humidified chicken display warmer features transparent doors with interior lighting, tough acrylic flip doors for high product visibility and display, integrated, convenient pass-through operation, and independent water-well humidity & heating control.

These features extend the quality of your cooked chicken, considerably reducing the rate at which the product degrades as well as maintaining texture.

The DKN-GN4 water reservoir is in the base whilst the upper tier is a dry heat holding compartment.

Both levels are heated by a halogen lamp from the top.
